SIU INVESTIGATIONS
Investigative Resources make sure that all investigations are done thoroughly, promptly, accurately and in compliance with the law. With highly trained and experienced Special Investigators, we provide statewide coverage for small companies that do not have a dedicated SIU division. Additionally, we can assist larger companies that may have limited field resources and can always provide services to larger SIU units in completing specific assigned tasks.

We provide retail canvas of suspicious knockoff products which includes confiscation of illegally advertised and sold items in retail settings. There are many examples of patented merchandise which is illegally imported and distributed for retail sale in shopping malls, flea markets, fairs and other such retail settings. Our investigators are experienced in the identification, confrontation, executing cease and decist order, retriving illegal product for destruction, fully reporting activity and finally involving the athorities when appropriate.
