PROCESS SERVICE
Investigative Resources process servers are trained to be familiar with the geography, law enforcement agents, and courts in Southeastern Wisconsin, as well as all other major cities in the state of Wisconsin. We are also nationally networked through the National Association of Professional Process Servers (NAPPS) and other process server associations to service clients who have process service needs anywhere in the country.

Whether we are serving a one person or a large corporation, we will use a level of experience and professionalism that our clients expect. The Investigative Resources Milwaukee Wisconsin office location provides process service and other legal services for the banking, landlord, insurance, and legal industries as well as private individuals. Our legal services include, but are not limited to, process service, skip trace, document research and retrieval, and court filing. We have worked with many businesses and lawyers on multiple serves and can provide rush serves whenever needed.
To provide our clients up to date on the status of the process service, we are available by phone during process service hours between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. and provide regular email status updates when requested.
Sometimes the person whom you are trying to serve is evasive and difficult to find. IR conducts locates, skip traces and surveillance with our clients’ approval when the service of process cannot be completed otherwise. Using the information provided on the document to be served, we use public and private databases to find either the person or evidence of evasion.
When you are trying to locate a person, it is important to find an experienced process server with investigative and surveillance training. Skip tracing can involve a phone book, private and public sector databases, talking to community officers, or even social media research.
Fees for all services are variable and require client contact for a specific quote.
RUSH PROCESS
We understand that it can come down to the wire with serving papers. Know that your documents are in good hands with Investigative Resources. We will make a first attempt within 24 hours for rush service for a small added fee, and 48 hours for routine service.
